At THE BOWERY COMPANY, our priority is a fast and reliable delivery to your doorsteps. However, to ensure your entire satisfaction, orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48-hour to process* with tons of love and care.
Simply visit www.thebowerycompany.com, once you have found an item, choose the quantity and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page. Review the items in your Shopping Bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. Should you wish to go ahead with your purchases, click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order. Enter your delivery and billing information, choose your payment method and complete your order by clicking on 'PLACE ORDER'.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email with your order summary.
UAE Shipping :
Once your order has been approved and your package is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with an Airway Bill 'AWB' tracking code. Simply visit www.aramex.com www.aramex.com or download ARAMEX app and enter your tracking code in the corresponding field "Track your shipment" on the Home page.
THE BOWERY COMPANY is pleased to extend customers FREE Standard Shipping in the UAE*, which takes up to 2 business days after processing.
** Subject to areas restrictions: Delivery services to locations South or West of Abu Dhabi is considered “remote locations” (except Al Ain and any towns/locations on Abu Dhabi – Al Ain road and Dubai – Al Ain road). It includes, but is not limited to the following areas: Tarif area, Al Ruwais area, Abu Alabyadh area, Al Arrad area, Al Wagan area, Um El Zumool area, Madinat Zayed al Gharbiya area, Qareen Al Aish area, Al Hamra area.
Shipping Fees in this case will be AED 30 for up to 5 kilograms (kg), and will depend on volumetric weight of your products whose weight is above to 5 kilograms (kg).
International Shipping :
We are pleased to offer competitive international shipping fees thanks to our Partner Aramex. A more accurate shipping cost which depends on the destination and the volumetric weight of your items will be provided at checkout.
Delivery time frame within the GCC , Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt varies between 1 to 3 days from the day you receive your Airway Bill "AWB" tracking number. For other countries, delivery can take up to 7 days.

International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value added taxes. If you are shipping your order outside of UAE, as a condition of sale, you acknowledge and agree that title to your order transfers to you after exportation from the UAE and immediately prior to importation of such order at the border of the ship to location and assume all risk and responsibility for the import clearance, duties, and delivery to final destination except for orders to the European Union which are shipped on a Delivered duty paid "DDP" terms of delivery.
Please note that payment methods are Cash On Delivery COD and Credit Card payment through 2checkout portal for UAE deliveries and only by Credit Card payment through 2checkout portal for international deliveries.

Please note that deliveries can take longer during our Sale and Holiday Season periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be processed. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of delays on our customers.

With our Love-It-or-Leave-It Guarantee*, you can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if you’re not perfectly satisfied. Please note that this guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from www.thebowerycompany.com.
All returns should be sent back sealed in the original packaging provided, otherwise no return can be made.
Making an exchange is easy. Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our delivery agent will call you to collect your item (s) back to us from your home, work or alternative address for a return charge which depends on the volumetric weight of your item (s).
Once the order has been shipped back to our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Promo Code with the value of your returned item (s) minus the return charge which depends on the volumetric weight of your returned item (s), to be used on our website against a future purchase .
Simply visit www.thebowerycompany.com, once you have found an item, choose the quantity and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page. Review the items in your Shopping Bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page.
Before you 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order, please enter the code sent by email in the PROMO CODE space. Your Promo code amount will then be automatically deducted as payment on your order. Complete your order by clicking on 'PLACE ORDER'.
If your Promo Code exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will automatically be credited to your The Bowery Company account.
If your order exceeds the value of the Promo Code, the remaining balance exceeding the value of the promocode must be paid by Cash on Delivery 'COD' upon delivery of your item(s) or credit card through 2checkout portalif the delivery is in the UAE and by credit card if the delivery is outside the UAE.
Kindly note that we do not offer refunds. Any pre-ordererd item cannot be returned or refunded.

Kindly note that the return charge will be waived under the following circumstances:
- Items that are faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault)
- Orders that arrive incomplète
- Incorrect Items
Kindly note that if a Collection of Return (COR) has been scheduled by one of our delivery agents, and the customer was unable to hand over the returned item (s), the return fee will be increased by AED 10 following the first attempt of COR, and by AED 20 upon the second attempt of Collection of Return (COR). A total of 2 Collection of Return (COR) will be scheduled with the customer. These fees apply only to returned item (s) with a weight of less than 5 kilograms (kg). For an item (s) with a weight of more than 5 kilograms (kg), the return fee applied will depend on the volumetric weight of the returned item (s).
